Playdough Ideas For Kids: The Playdough Fish
The Playdough Fish
1.Body:Roll out a medium sized ball and slightly flatten the bottom so it stays in the position you want.
2.Mouth:With a plastic knife, indent into one side of the body for an open mouth.
3.Fins:With a plastic knife, cut out 2 small triangles from a flattened piece of playdough. Attach one triangle to the side of the body for the tail fin and one on top. For the tail fin, attach the top of the triangle to the fish's body. Indent along the outer edge of the triangle in the middle to shape the fin. Use a drop of water to help stick if needed.
4.Eyes:Make 2 tiny balls, flatten them to make tiny circles and press them onto the body above the mouth. Make 2 more tiny balls for the center of each eye and lightly press them on top of the flattened circles.
Decorate your fish with stripes or spots or whatever you like.
