Supplies Needed:

butcher paper(or any heavy weight paper that won't tear easily when stuffed with newspaper)
markers, crayons or paint
stapler
old newspaper
pencil
string

Fold the butcher paper in half. Draw a picture of a fish onto the butcher paper. Cut out the fish from the folded paper so that you have two identical fish shapes. Decorate the fish as you like with markers, crayons or paint. If using paint, let dry. Staple the two fish shapes together halfway around and stuff that half of the fish with paper. Continue stapling around the fish and stuffing the fish with newspaper until you have a plump stuffed fish. Punch a small hole in the top of the fish with a pencil and thread a piece of string through, knotting the end, to hang up your fish with.
