Tell your child the bible story before starting the craft.

Point to Make:I can show my love for God.

Learning the Idea: Talk about that in this bible story, Jesus and His friends went to the temple. They saw lots of people who were dropping coins into an offering box. One woman gave all her coins to show love for God. Let's use playdough to make some pretend coins.

Supplies Needed:
playdough
coins

Have your child play with the dough and make some flat circles. Have him/her press a coin into each small circle to make coin impressions.
