1.Real Bird's Nest

1.Real Bird Nest

What You Need:
Mud
Sticks, twigs, pine needles, or pebbles
Grass or leaves
What You Do:
After showing your children pictures of a bird nest, provide your children with mud, sticks, grass, leaves, twigs, pine needles, and pebbles. Let you kids create their own bird nest complete with eggs(made from playdough).

2.Apple tree popcorn art

This apple tree project combines food with fun! (Remember, though, popcorn can be a choking hazard to the littlest kids.)
What You Need: 1 sheet blue construction paper; brown and green poster paint; paintbrush; popped popcorn; glue.
How to Make It: Children paint tree trunk and leaves and then glue on popcorn for blossoms.

3.Coffee Filter Butterflies

What You Need:
Coffee Filters
Spray Bottle with water
Washable Markers
Clothespins
What You Do:
Let kids color coffee filters, then spray them with the spray bottle, then twist and clip with clothespin. This will make the butterfly wings, the kids can then color a face and antennas on the clothespin.

4. Tips and Quotes
Tips:- For preschoolers try painting with Q-tips: works on small motor skills and is fun.

-Don’t forget to display children’s art at their own eye level.
